We offer a 14-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on any item purchased through Catit.ca. If you are not satisfied, contact our Consumer Service team within 14 days of your purchase delivery date. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only, in the form of a credit back to the original payment method. We are unable to offer refunds on the original or return shipping charges unless your product is damaged; in this case, you must contact our Consumer Service team to arrange, and they will issue you a return shipping label. All orders are shipped by Canada Post and your shipment notification and tracking number will be emailed to you directly from them. If you can’t find your shipment notification, please double check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
