Catit Canada offers FREE Standard Shipping on all product orders that are $65.00 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $65.00, there is a delivery charge based on the size and weight of the items selected. Your shipping address must be in Canada. Some exclusions apply. Catit.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns
We offer a 14-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on any item purchased through Catit.ca. If you are not satisfied, simply contact our Consumer Service team within 14 days of your purchase delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only, in the form of a credit back to the original payment method. We are unable to offer refunds on the original or return shipping charges unless your product is damaged; in this case, you must contact our Consumer Service team to arrange, and they will issue you a return shipping label.

The warranty is valid only under normal conditions of use for which the item was designed. The warranty excludes any damage caused by misuse, negligence, incorrect installation, modification, abusive use or commercial use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, or parts that have not been adequately maintained. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
