Catit Senses 2.0 Grass Planter – Getting Started
On this page you can find all information you need to get successfully started with the Senses 2.0 Grass Planter. Please make sure to follow the planting instructions in order to get as much fresh cat grass as possible.
How long does it take for the grass to grow?
It takes about 10 days for the grass to become fully grown.
How do I clean the Grass Planter?
All components can be cleaned with warm water and a soft sponge, using dishwashing soap. Never use aggressive cleaning agents or an abrasive sponge.
Where can I buy the seeds and vermiculite?
The Catit Cat Grass Kit contains 3 bags of seeds and 3 bags of vermiculite, and is available in our online shop.
How do I plant the seeds?

1. Fill the Grass Planter base with water and allow the seeds to soak overnight.

2. Cover the Grass Planter bowl with a sheet of paper towel.

3. Drain and rinse the seeds, then gently pour them into the bowl and let them dry for a few hours.

4. Keep the seeds moist with a wet paper towel or spray bottle.

5. Keep them moist until the seeds have sprouted. Lift them out by holding the paper towel by its corners.

6. Add the bag of vermiculite to the Grass Planter bowl.

7. Spread the sprouted seeds evenly onto the vermiculite surface. Do not mix.

8. Place in a window that receives sunshine, and add the grid cover as soon as the grass
starts growing. -
9. Water regularly (but not too much) and after a few days, the
grass will be ready.
