Shipping Costs

Catit.ca offers FREE Standard Shipping on all product orders that are $59.00 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $59.00, there is a delivery charge of $9.99 for standard shipping. Your shipping address must be in Canada.

Packages under $200.00, shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

Packages over $200.00, shipped to Canadian addresses require a signature for delivery.

Delivery

We try to ship out your orders within 48 hours of the time the order is received into our system excluding weekends and Canadian holidays. 

Catit.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Carrier and tracking

All orders are shipped by Canada Post and your shipment notification and tracking number will be emailed to you directly from them. If you can’t find your shipment notification, please double check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

Note: Please be mindful in watching for spam emails posing as Canada Post or other parcel delivery services. We will never ask you to pay additional delivery fees once you have completed the checkout process.

Redirecting An Order

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once items have been shipped.

Oversized items
